O músico e cantor dominiquense dub/techno Paul St. Hilaire, também conhecido por Tikiman, começou pelo género reggae, na década de 1970, até que, em 1988, se muda para a Alemanha. Em Berlim, evolui para o dub/techno e colabora no álbum ‘Rhythm & Sound w/ Tikiman - Showcase’ (1998 Chain Reaction), de Mark Ernestus e Moritz von Oswald. Já em 2020, funda a editora False Tuned para a seguir editar o álbum ‘Tikiman Vol. 1’ (2023 Kynant Records). 

Paul St. Hilaire regressa agora com o novo álbum colaborativo ‘W/ The Producers’, para juntar um produtor diferente para cada um dos nove temas e surgir como vocalista único. Oferece uma gama de composições conscientes e reflexões, ligando o techno profundo e hipnótico ao dub com influências dubstep, bass e dancehall. Um disco essencial para a cultura sound system.
