Um cineasta israelita chega a uma vila remota no deserto para a exibição de um dos seus filmes. Lá conhece Yahalom, uma funcionária do Ministério da Cultura, e envolve-se na luta pela liberdade. 

‘Ha'berech - O Joelho de Ahed’ é um drama do realizador israelita Nadav Lapid, de 47 anos, autor de ‘Ha-Shoter - O Polícia’* (2011) e ‘Synonymes - Sinónimos’* (2019).
